Autumn Fowler (she/her) is the founder of The Nest Counselling Services and a Relationship Specialist with over a decade of experience studying and supporting human connection. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and has completed advanced training in attachment-based and relationship-focused approaches, including Emotionally Focused Couples and Family Therapy and the Gottman Method.

Her work supports individuals and couples who value meaningful connection and want to better understand themselves and their relationships. Autumn has a particular interest in the transition to parenthood, relationship change, communication, intimacy, boundaries, and anxiety.
