Biography

Hi! I’m Autumn, Canadian Certified Counsellor (#12284) and Relationship Therapist. I’m a wife, mama, counsellor, entrepreneur, and coffee enthusiast who has spent over a decade studying the science of relationships and the human connection.

I serve individuals and couples who deeply desire and value fulfilling relationships with the people who matter most- whether this be with themselves, a family member, friend, or spouse. I have a special interest in the journey to and transition into parenthood, relationship transitions, conflict, communication, intimacy, boundaries, and high-achieving/entreprenuerial women. I also have a decade of experience working for the Vancouver Island Health Authority as a mental health and addictions clinician and am comfortable supporting conversations in these fields as well, especially as it impacts relationships.

I see individuals and couples both virtually across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Newfoundland, as well as in person in Nanaimo, BC. I work from an attachment, relational, and emotion-focused lens. I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental container for you to explore the challenges you’re facing, while utilizing science-backed techniques to help you experience change.
